This wine comes from the from the hills of Conero Mount at 1 km from the sea, in the middle of the DOC in the Natural Park of Conero, with a 250 m s.l.m. The wine is made by a 8/10 days of maceration, a slow fermentation in stainless steel at 22/25 C malolactic. Ageing: 24 months in barrels 16, 20, 27 hl Slavonian and French oak, 6 months in bottle. Obvious and typical hints of wild cherries and delicate violets. Explodes the taste of those fruits that accompany a full flavor of sets, including tannins. Pleasantly dry, warm and quite soft, is characterized by intensity and persistence in a good balance. Perfect for all the pasta with meat and hunting sauce. Excellent with lamb, pork, veal and young semi-mature cheeses.
